The magnificent pistol tights are the center of this outfit. The leg warmers should be worn folded over the top of the boots with the pistol just visible peeking out of the boot.

I've really been inspired by the twenties and flappers, which is why this is called Smoking and Drinking- despite its feminine appearance, it looks to me like a modern version of what a flapper would wear to go do just that.
